Real Minero | 6 Maguey Pechuga | 700ml

Distilled in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca at the Angeles family distillery, this special edition Pechuga is crafted using their traditional family recipe in a 93 liter batch. The first two distillations took place from April to June 2023, followed by a third distillation in October 2023 after a period of rest.

The label on the bottle shows the different shapes of the agave varieties used for this special batch. The batch marks the debut of the family crafting a pechuga with 6 agave species. You will find notes from fruits and spices added in the third destilation but still with the flavors from the agaves coming through. This is a truly unique mezcal that really shows off the high quality craftsmanship of the Angeles family.
