Real Minero 2022 Marteño / Sierruda / Carne | 700ml

These is an ensamble (mix or mixture in Spanish) of 79% cultivated maguey Marteño (Agave karwinskii - 13 years average age), 16% cultivated maguey Sierra (Agave americana - 20 years average age) and 5% cultivated maguey Carne (Agave sp - 15 years average age) from Edgar Ángeles Carreño. The process starts by roasting the three agaves in a conical earthen oven for several days (depending of weather conditions and amount of agave is the cooking time required), than he crushed the cooked agaves in an electric mill before fermentation in sabino wood vast with well water, and double distilled in Filipino style clay pot stills. Only 26 liters produced in April 2022. Rested in glass for 1 month before bottling and send it to Denmark. Only 37 bottles available!
